Stay Bookings 

To confirm a stay at Aamara Retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not accept advance or partial payments—reservations are only secured upon receiving the full amount. Applicable GST will be added to the final bill. Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be permitted depending on availability and may attract additional charges. Each of our villas accommodates three guests, with the option to add one extra guest at an additional cost, which includes food. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and any damages to the property or furnishings will be charged. We request guests to treat the space with respect and refrain from any activity that may cause damage, disturbance, or violate local laws. Illegal substances and public nuisance are strictly prohibited. The use of common areas must be done responsibly. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email and are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Rescheduling will depend on availability and is at the discretion of the management.

Event Bookings 

All event bookings at Aamara Retreat require full payment upfront to confirm the reservation. We do not accept partial or advance payments. A valid government-issued ID is required for booking. We offer two types of event durations: a 12-hour slot priced at ₹1,18,000 (GST included) and a 24-hour slot priced at ₹1,50,000 (GST included). Time extensions are possible with prior notice and will incur additional charges. The event venue is designed to host up to 130 guests. Clients must inform us in advance about any third-party vendors such as catering, décor, or sound systems, and are fully responsible for their conduct. Loud music or sound is permitted only until 10:00 PM in compliance with local regulations. Any guest misbehaviour or property damage may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. The event host is responsible for ensuring the venue is cleaned after the event; failure to do so may lead to extra cleaning charges. Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and refunds (if any) will be processed based on our Refund Policy. Aamara Retreat reserves the right to recover any damages caused by the event party.
